岗位职责：
1、负责遥感通用多模态大模型预训练体系搭建，设计适配超大尺度遥感影像、多源异构遥感数据的预训练任务、编码器结构与训练范式。
2、开展大模型分布式训练、训练调优、损失函数设计、模型收敛优化工作，解决遥感场景下模型欠拟合、过拟合、尺度适配差等问题。
3、负责大模型基座迭代升级，完成通用预训练、领域增量预训练、小样本微调、提示微调等技术落地，构建遥感专属大模型基座。
4、搭建模型评测体系，针对遥感分类、分割、检测、变化检测、需求分析等任务，完成模型精度、效率、鲁棒性评测与迭代优化。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机视觉、遥感、应用数学等相关专业，扎实的深度学习、机器学习理论功底。
2、熟练掌握Python、PyTorch框架，精通大模型预训练、分布式训练技术，熟悉DeepSpeed、Megatron等训练优化工具，具备百亿级模型训练实战经验。
3、熟悉多模态大模型核心原理，了解遥感影像多尺度、多时态、多通道特性，有视觉大模型、遥感大模型预训练、多模态大模型落地经验者优先。
4、具备独立算法调研、方案设计和代码落地能力，善于复盘迭代，具备良好的科研创新能力和团队协作意识。
