岗位职责：
1、负责ERP产品整体技术架构的设计与优化，确保系统的高性能、高可用性和可扩展性；
2、负责公司ERP系统的实施；
3、负责根据需求进行系统功能设计与开发；
4、负责ERP系统与其他系统接口的设计与开发；
5、负责ERP系统主数据的维护与管理；
6、根据上级领导的要求完成交派的任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能相关专业，有基于用友ERP、SAP等系统进行二次开发的经验；
2、具有2年以上ERP开发工作经验，有大型分布式系统、高并发系统的设计和优化经验者优先，有用友产品开发经验者优先；
3、精通Java语言及JVM原理，熟悉多线程、并发编程、性能调优等技术；
4、熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统设计及相关技术栈(如Springboot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo、gRPC等)；
5、熟悉容器化技术(如Docker、Kubernetes)及CI/CD工具链(如Jenkins、GitLab CI)、熟悉主流数据库(如MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis等)的设计、优化及运维；
6、熟悉缓存技术(如Redis、Memcached)及消息队列(如Kafka、RabbitMQ)；
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与产品经理、研发人员、测试人员等有效沟通，确保开发方案的顺利实施。
