Our company (institute) was founded in 1958. Over the past 45 years, it has undergone two major transformations: from local to central, and then back to local. It holds the Class A qualification certificate for engineering survey and geotechnical engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the Class B qualification certificate for professional contracting of foundation and foundation engineering issued by the Beijing Municipal Construction Commission. In 2000, it obtained the Class A certificate for engineering consulting qualification issued by the State Development Planning Commission. In 1997, it took the lead in the industry to pass the ISO9001 international quality system certification. In December 2001, it passed the metrological certification of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. In 2000, it took the lead in the industry nationwide to change from an enterprise owned by the whole people to a limited liability company, and changed its name from "Beijing Municipal Construction Survey and Mapping Institute" to "Beijing Urban Construction Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.". I. Technical Strength: Our company (institute) is the first unit in the country to engage in survey of subway engineering. It has compiled the first national survey and measurement specifications for subway, and has undertaken the survey work for the first foreign-related subway project in the country. The technical personnel have rich relevant work experience and can undertake survey tasks of various scales. Our company (institute) has three professional engineering departments: survey, mapping, and geotechnical engineering, as well as a testing center, a geotechnical laboratory, and the Guangzhou Metro Branch. II. Technical Level: Our company (institute) has successively compiled two national mandatory standards: "Code for Geotechnical Engineering Investigation of Subway and Light Rail Transit" and "Code for Surveying of Subway and Light Rail Transit Engineering", and participated in the compilation of "Code for Investigation and Design of Building Foundations in Beijing", "Specification for Construction Survey of Building Engineering", and "Technical Code for Dewatering in Building and Municipal Engineering". III. Technical Equipment: We are equipped with various types of engineering drilling rigs, GPS global positioning systems, and advanced domestic and international foundation construction and foundation testing instruments and equipment worth nearly ten million yuan. The geotechnical laboratory is well-equipped with the most advanced automatic data acquisition and processing system for geotechnical tests in the country, along with multiple triaxial apparatus, electric direct shear apparatus, and nearly one hundred consolidation apparatus, capable of completing over one hundred groups of soil test production tasks simultaneously. IV. Management Level: In 1997, we took the lead in the industry to pass the ISO9001 international quality system certification. To improve the overall management level and strengthen informatization management, we introduced the National Survey and Design Management Information System, incorporating personnel management, contract management, project management, qualification management, and application and annual inspection into the systematic information management. At the same time, our institute opened an external network and a local area network, and established four network management systems such as an enterprise informatization management platform, enabling internal resource sharing and information exchange, improving office efficiency, gradually popularizing paperless office, and starting to implement online meetings and online document sending. Beijing Huan'an Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. was established in March 2008, originally as the Testing Center of Beijing Urban Construction Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. In 2008, according to the requirement of "testing institutions are intermediary institutions with independent legal personality" in the "Measures for the Management of Quality Testing of Construction Engineering" issued by the Ministry of Construction (Order No. 141 of the Ministry of Construction), the Urban Construction Survey, Design and Research Institute adapted to the market and registered to establish Beijing Huan'an Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., transferring the original structural testing and foundation testing business of the Testing Center of Beijing Urban Construction Survey Institute to Huan'an Company for operation.
