1989年创立，永盛公司位于美丽的海滨城市—烟台，为酒类包装供应纸板垫片。
1993年，为了提高酒类产品的密封质量，引进*台发泡片材机组及冲床，生产聚乙烯发泡片材和垫片。
2003年，建新厂区12000余平方米，拥有8条片材机组生产线及先进的数控机床，具备日产发泡片材10000kg，日产垫片4000万只的能力，为酒类、化妆品、食品行业提供密封垫片。
2007年，创建十万级的净化车间八百余平方，生产PE、PET、PP及高阻隔铝箔片材及垫片，通过国家食品药品监督局检验，并颁发了药包材（国药包字：20070576）许可证，进驻医药包装行业。
2011年，斥巨资从德国和英国购进世界上*先进的聚乙烯发泡生产设备，本产品通过了美国FDA和欧盟（2011/10/EC）的食品标准检验。
2012年，成为*聚乙烯发泡卷材及垫片通过QS认证的企业，（生产许可编码：鲁XK16-204-00815），填补了国内此项行业标准的空白。

Founded in the June of 1989 yongsheng company is located in the beautiful coastal city of yantai and we are specialized in providing the professional wine packing gasket.
In 1993, in order to improve the quality of sealimg products, we purchased the first chemical foamed sheet machine line and punching machine producing polyethylene foam sheet and gasket.
In 2003, a new plant of 12000 aquare meters was established in order to meet the needs of domestic economic growth, at the same time equipped with the numerical control machine we were capable of daily output of foamed Sheet up to 10000kg，thickness 0.5-3mm,diameter 60-280mm and daily output of qasket 40000000pcs diameter 8-150mm for alcoho, cosmotic and food industry.
In 2007,more than 400 square purification workshop was created and issued by the national food and drug administration,producing PE,PET，PP aluminum foil sheets and gaskets, we were qualificated to go into the field of pharmaceutical packaging industry.
In 2012 a new set of most advanced physical foaming line was purchassd from Germany and the UK.Being the first producer owing the technology and mastering the technology, we can product the gascket density 250—400kgVm3 and thickness l.0—3mm passing the inspection of FDA and EU(2011/10/EC),meeting the standards of the plasticizer.
