山西鲁晋王曲发电有限责任公司成立于1998年1月，位于山西省长治市所辖潞城市西北两公里处。公司规划装机容量240万千瓦，由国能集团、山东国际信托公司、晋能电力集团公司按75%、20%、5%的股比出资建设运营。一期工程两台60万千瓦超临界机组2003年12月开工建设，2006年8月双投。二期工程拟建设两台66万千瓦超超临界空冷机组，外送电兼顾城市供热。公司先后荣获国家电网特高压交流试验示范工程特殊贡献单位、山西省优秀企业、山西省环境行为绿色等级企业等荣誉称号。烟尘超低排放工程顺利通过验收，成为神华集团首家长周期运行并通过中国环境监测总站等多家监测机构测试的烟尘超低排放环保示范电厂、山西省首家600兆瓦等级燃煤机组烟尘超低排放电厂。
