一、业务渠道预算管理。1、负责制定下发各业务条线产品费用预算政策；2、每月追踪各业务条线、各分公司销售费用预算执行情况、全口径成本率情况；3、审核业务条线费用使用情况，包括但不限于方案申请、方案兑现、手续费协议审核等事项；4、负责总、分公司业务条线年底费用预提审核与回溯分析工作。
二、分公司、子公司预算管理。1、负责与各分支机构沟通在业务渠道销售费用预算执行过程中的各项事务，督导机构销售费用管理工作；2、负责督导分公司管理费用预算管控，审核分公司预算申请及追加签报，进行追踪分析；3、负责分公司财务考核评价工作；4、负责子公司预算管理工作，组织预算编制、预算审核、追踪预算执行情况并形成分析报告。
三、费差管理。1、负责公司、渠道、机构维度费差计算，包括销售费差和管理费差；2、负责完成费差管理系统建设工作。
四、成本费用管理。1、参与公司成本费用管理工作，制定效能评价指标体系；2、编写月度、季度等财务报告。
任职资格:
1、硕士研究生学历，财务管理、会计、保险、金融等相关专业。
2、熟悉寿险行业情况，1年以上3年以下寿险行业财务工作从业经验，预算管理、财务BP相关岗位经验优先。
3、有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，具备数字敏感性和良好的数据分析能力，有较强的文字表达能力和学习能力，抗压能力强，能够适应工作变化，积极应对困难和挑战。
4、有注册会计师证书、中级会计师证书优先。
