3、具有金融业数据分析系统、报表系统等建设经验优先；
4、基础扎实，良好的代码风格，熟悉J2EE规范，熟悉常用设计模式，对面向对象、领域驱动开发有一定的经验，能够按照企业统一开发平台进行开发；
5、熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉JVM原理及Java主流开源框架，如spring、Spring Boot、hibernate、MyBatis、Struts等,熟悉Apache Tomcat，Nginx等开源的服务器，具备系统性能调优经验者优先；
6、熟悉使用java集成开发工具，如IDEA、Eclipse等，良好编码习惯及规范；
7、熟悉Unix/Linux环境、熟练掌握MySQL、db2等数据库，具有sql设计、分析和调优能力；
