本公司是由长沙金龙电缆有限公司与加拿大朗润集团香港鹏力国际有限公司合资组建而成，总投资10.26亿元。位于望城湖南省台商投资区，占地面积326.8亩。目前主要生产光亮铜、铝杆、汽车空调口琴管、圆管，年产量达10万吨，2008年预计年产值30亿元以上。在随后的扩建项目中，增加高新科技加工项目，生产铜板、铜箔、铜线、铜材、铜排、铜包铝、铜合金、铜包钢、纳米漆包线、扁铜线等产品。
