中灏国际物流有限公司于己于1996年在香港成立，并于2005年在深圳设立分公司，是一家营业范围覆盖海运，空运，陆运及仓储配送的货运代理公司。
在公司全体员工的努力下，公司已经逐步发展成以香港，深圳为中心，物流网络覆盖广州，江门，中山，厦门，宁波，上海及海外主要市场。并于2005年开始为沃尔玛，肯德基的物流供应链提供服务。
Uni-star Logistics Service is was founded in 1996.In2005,founded filiale in Shenzhen,freight forwarder company in the Ministry of Commerce of PRC, whose business covered seafreight,airfreight,land-carriage and some warehousing & distribution.
By the effort of all the staffs, Uni-star has built up the good figure, which makes Hongkong & Shenzhen as the center and settles the offices & agents in Guanghzou,Jiangmen,Zhongshan,Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai etc and the oversea major cities.We are succeed in getting the supports from Wal-mart & KFC in 2005 and begun to provide service for their supply chain.
