Founded in 1994, Suzhou Foreign Language School is located in Suzhou High-tech Zone. II. Application Requirements
1. Excellent current teachers: under 40 years old, bachelor's degree or above, passionate about education, noble character, healthy, strong sense of innovation and teamwork. Those with excellent teaching performance, winners of city-level or above teaching evaluation awards, excellent homeroom teachers, and those with special talents (e.g., Olympiad coaching, model aircraft, robotics tutoring) are preferred. Special-class teachers, renowned teachers, national outstanding teachers, professor-level teachers, and district-level or above subject leaders may have the age requirement appropriately relaxed.
2. Excellent recent graduates: bachelor's degree or above, with good grades in all subjects, and have received school scholarships or titles such as outstanding student leader or outstanding graduate. They should be confident, capable in organizing activities, presentable, and approachable.
3. Special requirements: Foreign language teachers must have TEM-8 certification; international division English teachers must have an IELTS score of 7.5 or above or a TOEFL score of 110 or above; bilingual teachers must have a bachelor's degree in their subject, very fluent oral English, and an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
4. Must hold a teaching qualification certificate. International division teachers and specially appointed teachers may be hired first and obtain certification later.
5. For current teachers, preference is given to those who are district/city-level or above backbone teachers. For recent graduates, preference is given to graduates from 985/211 universities or normal universities. Those with study abroad experience or international backgrounds are given priority.
