1、本公司实行五天八小时工作制；
2、免费食宿，逢周五及特殊节日加餐并发放水果或饮料。

4、凡在公司服务满一年以上者，在其入职月当月工资中享有工龄奖励（依公司规定执行）。
5、享有国家法定休假：满1年者可享受年休假5天。
