岗位职责:
1.岗位要求：根据AI项目需求文档能独立完成对应的AI功能模块设计、模型开发、算法实现和接口开发，并解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题；
2.专业知识：熟练使用编程软件及AI开发框架进行人工智能软件、模型的开发工作；熟悉数据库（关系型、非关系型）的开发与优化知识；具备AI项目概要设计、详细设计的能力；熟悉初步数据库设计及数据治理的知识；具备良好的人工智能开发理论基础及相关技术文档编写能力；
3.能够熟练撰写相关的AI技术文档（含模型开发文档、算法说明文档、接口文档等）；英语CET-4级以上，良好的听、说、读、写能力，能阅读英文技术文档及学术资料；
4.解决问题复杂程度：需要依据数据统计分析、模型性能反馈等信息分析结果做出技术判断，解决人工智能开发过程中的常规技术问题（如模型调优、数据预处理、算法适配等）；
5.人际关系困难度：运用熟练沟通技巧，向跨岗位同事传递、交换复杂的AI技术信息，需说服或影响他人配合完成AI项目相关协作工作（如需求确认、技术方案落地、接口对接等）。

任职资格:
1.2年以上相关工作经验；
2.熟练掌握Python，并具备扎实的软件工程能力（代码规范、测试、部署、CI/CD）；
3.熟悉主流大模型（LLM）技术栈，包括但不限于LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、CrewAIl等智能体框架；
4.具备至少1个AI智能体项目的完整落地经验（从原型到上线），能提供案例或演示者优先；
5.有丰富的智能体调试与优化经验，熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、Tool Use、Agent Memory等关键技术；
6.了解大模型推理优化、上下文管理、成本控制等工程实践；
7.具备Java后端开发经验者优先，能参与或支撑高可用、高并发的智能体服务架构建设；
8.党员优先。
