Group Introduction
The China Civil Aviation Information Group Company was formally established in October 2002. It is a large state-owned high-tech enterprise specialized in aviation transportation and tourism information services, and a central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council. China Civil Aviation Information Network Co., Ltd. was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2001, with stock code 0696.HK. In July 2008, the China Civil Aviation Information Group Company completed the restructuring of its main business and assets, with China Civil Aviation Information Network Co., Ltd. as the main entity, and successfully achieved an overall listing in Hong Kong. The total assets of TravelSky Group reach 22.3 billion yuan, with a high-quality workforce of over 8,000 employees. Its headquarters is located in Beijing, with more than 60 subsidiaries, branches, and non-controlling companies spread across the country and overseas. (Hereinafter referred to as TravelSky)

As a market-leading information technology and business service provider for the aviation transportation and tourism industry, TravelSky is hailed by the industry and media as the "nerve of the healthy operation of civil aviation," and its information systems are listed as one of the eight key systems under the supervision of the State Council. TravelSky is the world's third-largest GDS (Global Distribution System) provider for air travel distribution and owns the world's largest BSP data processing center. The company has repeatedly been ranked among the Top 500 Informatization Enterprises in China, holds multiple national invention patents, and is one of the first batch of enterprises in China to obtain the first-level qualification for operation and maintenance under the system integration and service qualification. TravelSky's marketing system consists of 10 branches, 19 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 13 holding companies, 9 associated companies, and 8 other subsidiaries and branches within the group, spanning across the country and overseas.
It provides technical support and local services to over 30 domestic airlines, more than 300 foreign and regional airlines, over 200 domestic airports, and more than 7,000 ticket sales agents.
Its service scope covers more than 300 domestic cities and over 100 international cities, and extends to public services through the internet.

The main business includes seven major sectors: aviation information technology services, settlement and clearing services, distribution information technology services, airport information technology services, air cargo logistics information technology services, tourism product distribution services, and public information technology services, as well as extended information technology services related to the above businesses.
