Kingbright Shanghai Branch is affiliated with Kingbright Group, which was established in 1980 as one of the earliest LED pioneers in Taiwan. Kingbright is one of the top three leading LED packaging manufacturers in Taiwan and is currently one of the most professional LED manufacturing enterprises. The group currently employs over 2,000 people and has a modern production facility covering 11,500 ping. Kingbright currently has five factories in Shenzhen, with a monthly LED production capacity exceeding 800 million units. The factories have completed various certifications guided by high-standard quality policies, including ISO9001 for quality, TS16949 for automotive, ISO14001 for environment, UL for product safety testing, VDE0884 for German electronic and electrical certification, BS OHSAS18001 for occupational health and safety, Sony Green Partner, and Samsung ECO-Partner. For production management, Oracle ERP is used to strengthen material and process control and integrate all information flows. The self-developed barcode management system enables fully automated material flow on the production line. The implementation of Six Sigma further enhances production efficiency and quality stability.
