The company was founded in 1974 and is engaged in a wide range of controller design and manufacturing, including instrument control, sensors, electronic timers, thermostat controllers, and remote control controllers. It is composed of multiple subsidiaries and enterprises specializing in the design, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of high-quality electronic products. It was listed in Hong Kong in 2006 (stock code: 320).
Currently, Computime Group is committed to developing control solutions, smart home, AI and machine learning technologies required for buildings, innovative renewable energy and water-saving technologies, providing technology brand products for smart and sustainable lifestyles to the public.

Our control solutions business currently mainly has four special product businesses:
Appliance Control Systems: For white goods, including cooking stoves, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and air conditioning systems. For black goods, we are proficient in coffee machines, microwave ovens, small kitchen appliances, and other consumer electronics. Computime also extends its experience in grills to gas and electric grills, as well as fireplace ignition systems with complete valve and safety control functions.
HVAC Systems: One of our largest industry segments, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning. Computime has designed and developed complete product and software platforms to serve the HVAC ecosystem in Europe and America. Our understanding of different HVAC systems worldwide enables us to design seamless solutions suitable for local needs. Our expertise covers different heat sources and heat transfer methods, including controllers for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, electric heating, renewable energy, forced air systems, hydronic heating, and floor heating.
Home Control Systems: Since its founding decades ago, Computime has been committed to developing, designing, manufacturing, and perfecting home control products. Our expertise and product experience cover lighting, energy and comfort, gardening and irrigation, safety and security, entertainment, power tools, and smart bathroom solutions.
Industrial Control Systems: For many years, Computime has provided design, engineering, and manufacturing services to many Fortune Global 500 companies from the industrial sector. We assist customers in selecting product materials, designing fail-safe systems, and monitoring production processes to manufacture industrial-grade quality products.
Our brand business currently mainly includes two major brands: Salus and Braeburn:
Providing smart home, energy management, and zero-carbon housing solutions for professional installers, property developers, public institutions, and wholesalers.
Salus mainly targets the European market, providing scalable and customizable solutions to meet users' growing demand for zero-carbon housing. Its product portfolio covers climate control, EV chargers, backup batteries, solar panels, heat pumps, home security systems, and integrated software management tools, helping homeowners achieve optimal energy utilization.
Braeburn is one of the fastest-growing control solution brands in North America. Its sales network mainly focuses on professional installers and the wholesale market, and its product portfolio focuses on energy-saving and smart HVAC control solutions.
After the integration of Braeburn and Salus, the brand business now covers European and North American markets, making the Group a global brand in the energy management and smart home markets.
Our proprietary technologies cover smart appliances, industrial equipment, robotics, POS systems, professional audio, and medical and healthcare devices. Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and FDA.

We are deeply proud of our strong design and R&D capabilities. We have four global centers of excellence in R&D (Hong Kong, Shenzhen, USA, and Romania), with a total team of over 500 engineers, bringing hundreds of new products to market each year. Our team combines technical expertise, best-practice development methodologies, and a thorough understanding of quality requirements and production methods. In 2001, we received the Hong Kong Industrial Quality Award. In 2002, we passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification and received the Hong Kong Caring Enterprise Award. In 2006, we passed ISO13485. In 2013, we passed IATF 16949. In 2018, we received the Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Technology Achievement Award. In 2019, we received the Hong Kong Most Valuable Services Award – Outstanding Leader in Smart IoT. In 2020, we received the CES Innovation Award. In 2022, Computime Smart Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Computime Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. respectively received the "Certified" and "Silver" labels from the World Wide Fund for Nature Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme (LCMP). The Group's designed EV Charger and ultra-quiet TRV products won the 2022 Red Dot Design Award and the 2022 iF Design Award.
Global Manufacturing:
We have over 120,000 square meters of manufacturing bases, providing a complete one-stop solution. Currently, our manufacturing bases are located in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Mexico, and are continuously expanding to Eastern Europe and other places.
The workshops are equipped with highly automated equipment, IC lead automatic welding machines, wave soldering machines, ultrasonic cleaning equipment, fully automatic assembly lines, and currently about 5,000 skilled workers worldwide. We have our own R&D centers, capable of developing and producing the promised high-quality products, with surface mount technology and high-speed automatic insertion equipment, enabling us to have large-scale production capabilities.
