Since investing in Jiangxi in 1992, Chia Tai Group has successively built Chia Tai feed mills, Chia Tai breeding pig farms, Chia Tai breeding poultry farms, Chia Tai hatcheries, and Chia Tai Livestock and Poultry Co., Ltd. in Nanchang, Jiujiang, and Ganzhou, with a total land area of over a thousand mu and cumulative investment of 280 million yuan. In 2008, Chia Tai Group began promoting a 1-million-head pig industrialization supporting project in Yudu County, Ganzhou City in phases; the first phase has now been completed, with an investment of 128 million yuan. In 2015, it will invest in building a high-standard food deep-processing enterprise in Ganzhou, ultimately forming a pig industry with a "one-stop" model from breeding stock, feed, farming, and processing to sales.
