岗位职责：
1、通过电销、面销或其他方式筛选客户名单，开发潜在客户，面销拜访客户，维护客户关系，完成个人SAAS软件的季度及年度目标；
2、引导客户需求，为客户提供企业管理一体化云解决方案，并能根据产品价值筛选客户；
3、不断挖掘客户的潜在价值和需求，做好客户深度经营，不断提高客户的合作价值；
4、与各企业财务、采购、营销、人力、IT部门保持良好的沟通，积累行业人脉，有效执行和推进行业经营计划；
5、深入了解本区域，把握*新区域行业及竞品信息，为公司业务发展和市场战略提供建议。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、财务会计、人力资源、企业管理等相关专业。有长期与中型企业客群信息化部门沟通的经验，有ToB软件销售工作经验者优先；优秀者可放宽至大专以上学历。
2、与客户沟通交流过程中表现专业素养，精通商务谈判及价值营销方法与技能，通过有效的演讲、谈判，能获取商机、赢得客户认可并保持长期客户关系；
3、积极进取，学习能力强，具备较强的沟通能力和抗压性；
4、对自我有较高的要求，追求卓越，愿意不断投入来提升自己的能力和专业度。
