南安市妇幼保健院创办于1983年8月，是国家卫生部认证的集医疗、保健、教学、科研为一体的“一级甲等妇幼保健院”，卫生部和世界卫生组织、联合国儿童基金会投予“爱婴医院”光荣称号。南安市妇幼保健院位于南安市柳南西路39号，目前开放床位100张，现有干部职工144人，我院担负着全市160多万人口、26个乡、镇（街道）的妇女儿童保健和婚前保健卫生事业工作任务，是全市妇女儿童保健工作的指导中心。
