中巴软件园（肇庆软件国际化中心有限公司）是由中国科学院计算技术研究所和肇庆市人民政府在中国、巴西两国科技部支持下建立的软件园区，是中巴两国在信息技术领域合作的重点项目，也是中科院计算所设在广东省科技成果转化基地之一。中科院计算所是中国高新技术的摇篮，涌现出像联想、曙光、龙芯等高科技企业，带动国家经济的发展，作为中科院计算所肇庆分所的中巴软件园也担负着振兴肇庆科技的重任。
