Hainan Handi Sunshine Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was registered and established in April 2006 in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province. The company has planned projects including a 1.8 million tons/year special oil products project, a 150,000 tons/year pharmaceutical and food grade white oil project, and a 500,000 tons/year lubricant blending project. Currently, a 300,000 tons/year special oil products project has been completed, featuring hydrogenation isomerization - hydrofinishing units, atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, as well as a 120,000 cubic meters oil product storage area, docks, loading systems, fire protection, environmental protection facilities, and a series of public supporting projects. The company mainly produces various products such as Group II and Group III general base oils, insulating oils, industrial grade white oils, and cosmetic white oils. All products are colorless, odorless, and transparent, with high oxidation stability, good viscosity-temperature performance, low aromatic content, low volatility, and low pour point. All product indicators meet or exceed the levels of domestic and foreign counterparts. The company adopts advanced high-pressure hydroisomerization with selective isomerization and hydrofinishing process technologies, selects safe, environmentally friendly, low-energy, high-efficiency production equipment, as well as advanced distributed control systems (DCS) and safety interlock protection control systems (ESD), ensuring safe production and product quality. It has passed ISO9000 quality management system certification. Products are sold nationwide and exported overseas.
