【核心职责】
1、主导GaussDB分布式数据库集群的架构设计、数据迁移、数据复制、部署实施及全生命周期性能优化升级，重点保障分布式场景下系统的高可用、高并发、容灾备份可靠性及数据一致性，支撑业务稳定运行。
2、牵头开展GaussDB分布式数据库的性能调优、SQL语句优化、各类故障排查及根因分析工作，高效处理分布式场景下的复杂技术问题，建立常态化运维监控体系及故障应急响应机制，保障系统7×24小时稳定、无间断运行。
3、制定GaussDB分布式数据库的标准化管理规范、操作手册及知识库文档，主导内部技术培训与经验传承，提升团队成员专业能力，推动数据库运维工作向标准化、自动化、智能化转型落地。
4、参与GaussDB分布式数据库适配及优化工作，提升数据库服务的自动化运维效能，结合能源、金融、运营商行业等业务特点，探索分布式数据库的应用创新场景，助力业务数字化升级。
【任职要求】
教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业（计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息与计算科学等），硕士学历或重点院校毕业者优先考虑。
工作经验：具备6年及以上大型数据库相关工作经验，其中3年及以上GaussDB分布式数据库实操经验；拥有2个及以上Oracle数据库相关大型项目经验，且至少主导或深度参与1个Oracle向GaussDB迁移的全流程项目。
专业技能：精通GaussDB分布式数据库与Oracle数据库的核心架构、性能调优及各类故障处理方法；熟练掌握Linux操作系统运维，具备Python或Shell脚本开发能力，能独立完成自动化运维脚本编写；具备Oracle迁移至GaussDB的数据迁移脚本编写能力，可支撑迁移全流程脚本开发、调试及落地。
软技能：具备良好的沟通协调能力、风险预判能力及抗压能力，学习能力突出，善于钻研新技术、解决新问题；具备良好的团队协作意识与技术分享精神，能高效推进跨部门协作工作。
