霍州煤电集团有限责任公司前身霍县矿务局始建于1958年，2000年改制为霍州煤电集团有限责任公司，2001年加入山西焦煤集团公司并成为其子公司。2005年，由山西焦煤集团有限责任公司、中国信达资产管理公司、中国建设银行股份有限公司共同发起设立新公司，资本金440173.02万元，其中，山西焦煤集团有限责任公司出资258836.27万元、占58.8%，中国信达资产管理公司出资162709.75万元、占36.97%，中国建设银行股份有限公司出资18627万元、占4.23%。我公司为一家选煤设备制造生产的子公司，所以需要有矿山机械设备制造相关行业的有志之士。
