上海华琪实业有限公司建于一九九六年一月，原注册生产地“南汇区金鹏工业城华琪路8号”，二零零八年六月因所在地动迁及企业发展、扩大的需要，搬迁到“上海市浦东新区书院镇都市产业园丽正路1699号（临港）”新建的厂区内。

建设用地总面积为：25918m2，总建筑面积19400m2，内设三个生产车间，即：包材生产车间、净化设备制造车间、医疗器材车间。已建成的药包材生产车间面积为：6000m2，办公区1500m2，车间洁净区域1600m2，厂区绿化面积6800m2。

包材生产车间是按国家食品药品监督管理局对食品、药品包材生产的要求而设计和建造的。整个车间分为：生产区、检验区、仓储区三部分。生产区又分洁净区和非洁净区，洁净区按10万级空气净化级别设计和安装，菌检室独立空调系统净化级别为1万级，超净台为局部层流100级。

包材车间生产的封口垫片主要有：药用聚酯/铝/聚乙烯封口垫片、药用聚酯/铝/聚酯封口垫片、药用聚酯/铝/聚丙烯封口垫片”及“食品类铝塑封口垫片”，适用于食品、药品类聚乙烯瓶、聚酯瓶和聚丙烯瓶等不同材质的瓶口密封。规格可根据客户要求安排模具。
