云南陆缘衡矿业权评估有限公司由六名云南省籍矿业权评估师共同发起设立，注册资本金100万元。在陆缘衡成立前，六位发起人都在国内知名矿业权评估机构长期执业，是云南省籍矿业权评估师的中坚力量，在业界有良好的信誉。公司于2007年成立，2008年取得《探矿权采矿权评估资格证书》（证号：矿权评资〔2008〕007号），是云南省首家、也是目前省内*获得国土资源部批准设立的、专门从事矿业权评估的中介机构。陆缘衡公司的成立，填补了云南省矿业权市场中矿业权评估机构的空白。
