岗位要求：
1. 5年以上Java后端开发经验，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架；
2. 熟悉分布式架构设计、微服务体系，具备系统性能调优与高并发场景经验；
3. 熟练掌握MySQL、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，了解NoSQL（如Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch）；
4. 熟悉容器化部署（Docker、Kubernetes）；
5. 具备外企或国际化项目经验，理解海外系统的设计特点；
6. 熟悉国际化（i18n/L10n）开发，了解多语言、多币种、多时区的系统处理逻辑；
7. 了解海外系统集成（如SAP、Salesforce、ServiceNow、Oracle等）、具有相关API对接经验；
8. 理解国际数据安全与合规要求（如GDPR、数据出境策略、安全审计等）； 1. 熟悉敏捷开发流程（Scrum / Kanban），具备良好的团队沟通与协作能力；
