益寿堂的先祖名刘完素，字刘守真。河间周刘店村人（1120—1200）金代名医，悬壶济世，一生为民，号称“温热派”祖师。门匾“刘守真——孝子可风——益寿堂”。后人的子弟遍全球。光阴流转，700多年以后，董事长的父亲刘毓英于1945年10月，在河北省无极县东丈村竖起了“益寿堂诊疗所”这块牌子。行医疗患三十多年直到谢世。1996年6月，重新沿用“益寿堂”这块牌子，挂靠“河北省妇女联合会”，办起了“河北益寿堂医药经营部”。后根据国家政策清理。2001年12月再沿用“益寿堂”这块老牌子注册了“河北益寿堂医药经营有限公司”。办公地址在石家庄南二环西路238号西五里写字楼4楼。企业一直奉行财务稳健的指导思想，12年来实现了年年盈利。职工收入一直稳步上升。
