江苏港华船业有限公司坐落于泰兴市经济开发区虹桥工业园区，造船厂拥有360米的长江深水岸线，占地面积十一万五千平方米。南面是泰常轮渡，北面是江苏中丹集团，与常州港万吨级深水码头隔江相望，毗邻沪宁高速、宁通高速,距常州机场25公里,属黄金长叁角船舶制造圈,地理位置得天独厚。
公司年生产能力超过10万吨，已成功制造了5000吨散货船，3500吨一级油轮，8000吨、9000吨、10000吨散货船等船舶，出口东南亚国家的驳船有230英尺、300英尺、282英尺以及3500吨集散两用船等。目前正在建造的船舶有出口欧洲的7500吨化学品油轮、出口美国的45000吨散装水泥驳、出口新加坡的330英尺和250英尺驳船等。
