公司简介：江苏飞船股份有限公司创建于1958年，是国内*早采用精密锻造工艺生产直齿锥齿轮的厂家，*重点高新技术企业。公司占地面积20万m2，建筑面积11万m2，拥有固定资产原值5亿元，职工1250人，其中工程技术人员385人。引进具有世界先进水平的技术、生产设备和检测设备。从79年开始采用精锻工艺生产直伞齿轮以来，已形成模具制造、热锻、冷锻、复合锻造、切削加工、热处理、齿轮检测等专业化能力。 2001年公司组建了江苏省金属材料精密成形工程技术研究中心，并成立了博士后科研工作站。目前，企业在汽车桥齿轮的研发、生产、服务等方面处于同*地位。产品广泛为轿车、客车、微型车、重（中、轻）型卡车、工程机械、农用机械及风力发电等行业主机厂配套，还出口到美国、意大利、巴西、德国、日本等国家和地区。
