岗位职责：
1.基于大模型开发AI应用后端系统，完成API对接、业务逻辑开发与功能落地；
2.设计和实现与大模型交互的高效服务架构，优化请求响应速度与稳定性；
3.开发RESTful/WebSocket接口，支持多模态（文本/图像）AI应用的业务场景（如智能对话、内容生成、数据分析等）；
4.构建大模型应用的前后端协同流程，包括数据处理、结果缓存、异步任务队列等模块；
5.参与AI应用的产品化落地，与产品经理协作设计技术方案；
6.跟踪大模型技术生态（如LangChain、LlamaIndex等工具链），推动技术迭代。

任职要求：
核心技能：
1.1-3年Python后端开发经验，熟悉FastAPI/Flask/Django等框架；
2.熟练使用大模型API（如DeepSeek、通义千问等），有实际调用与集成经验者优先；
3.熟悉大模型应用开发流程，包括Prompt工程、结果解析、上下文管理、流式输出等；
4.掌握数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL）、缓存（Redis）及异步任务（Celery/RQ）技术；
5.熟悉容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）
6.具备高并发场景开发经验，了解分布式系统设计原则。
软性要求：
1.逻辑清晰，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案；
2.对AI应用场景敏感，具备产品化思维；
良好的沟通能力，能与算法、前端、产品团队高效协作。
