【岗位职责】
1、负责AI智能体(Agent)核心逻辑的设计与开发,包括思考链、规划、反思、工具调用等模块
2、集成大语言模型(LLM)API,完成Prompt工程、对话管理、多轮交互与上下文维护
3、实现RAG(检索增强生成)流程,对接向量数据库(Chroma/Milvus/Elasticsearch等)与知识
库
4、参与智能体的测试、评估与持续优化,建立评测体系(准确率、延迟、成本)
5、基于LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAl/AutoGen等主流框架,搭建单/多智能体协作系统
【应聘条件】
1、专科及以上学历,有5年以上Python开发经验
2、熟练使用至少一个AIAgent框架,如LangChain、Llamalndex、Semantic Kernel (Python)
