天津宏大纺织机械有限公司成立于 1999年8月，是中国机械工业集团旗下中国恒天集团所属公司“经纬纺机”的子公司。集粗纱机设计、制造、销售为一体的高新技术企业，也是中国纺织机械器材工业协会的理事单位。其前身为始建于1946年7月1日的原国家纺织部下属粗纱机定点生产企业-天津纺织机械厂，迄今已有78年的历史，是我国*早研制和生产粗纱机、络筒机的大型骨干企业。
