唐山市冀滦纸业有限公司始建于1988年，前身是一家乡镇企业，2000年改制为民营企业。2014年我公司按照总量控制、调整结构、减量置换的原则，确定通过技术改造建设年产30万吨高强瓦楞原纸升级改造项目。项目投资113833万元，以国内外废旧箱板纸板为原料、采用清洁生产工艺和先进生产设备，生产高强瓦楞原纸等包装用纸，处于全国造纸行业的先进水平。公司座落于滦州市经济开发区化工园区，项目占地365亩，建筑面积258959㎡，预计2020年9月投产，项目投产后，实现销售收入165000万元，年利润20442.62万元，税金9413.18万元，人员就业850人。
