Guoheng Design Group is a design consultancy service institution specializing in integrated comprehensive services for construction projects, including early-stage planning, planning and design, architectural design, landscape design, as well as BIM design consulting, industrialized design consulting, and green building design consulting. Established in 1999, the Group holds Grade A qualifications for construction engineering design, Grade B qualifications for landscape design, and Grade B qualifications for planning, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. After years of development, it has become a leading private design institution in regional comprehensive rankings, a standing director unit of the Sichuan Provincial Survey and Design Association, and a standing director unit of the China Survey and Design Association for private design enterprises. It employs over 600 professional engineering design personnel, including more than 50 national first-class registered architects, national first-class registered structural engineers, national registered equipment engineers, registered planners, and registered landscape designers, along with several senior architects, senior engineers, and professor-level senior engineers.
Under its management center, Guoheng Design Group has four major centers: the Strategic Investment Center, the Financial Investment Center, the Operations Center, and the Administrative and Human Resources Center. Currently, the Group holds controlling interests in Sichuan Guoheng Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jingdu Environmental Design Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yinheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Shuimu Hengyuan Tourism Resource Development Co., Ltd. It has established branch companies and offices in Chongqing, Kunming, Xi'an, Shanghai, and Bangkok, while branches in Wuhan, Zhengzhou, and Guiyang are also in preparation.

Meanwhile, its projects have successively won industry awards, including the "Zhan Tianyou Prize," the "National Classic Housing Scheme Competition Planning and Architecture Double Gold Awards," and the "United Nations Global Post-disaster Reconstruction Model."

Looking toward its next phase of development strategy, Guoheng Design Group plans to complete its digital transformation and upgrading within 3-5 years, establish an integrated design consulting industry chain ecosystem, and complete business layout in core domestic cities.
