杭州华惠阀门有限公司前身为杭州阀门厂，始建于1958年，是原机械工业部定点生产高中压阀门和减温减压装置的专业生产厂家，国家二级企业，浙江省阀门行业组长厂。企业具有特种设备制造（D1、D2压力容器）许可证，安全阀生产许可证，1997年获国家商检局质量评审中心ISO9002认证，2002年通过ISO9000：2000版换版评审，2002年获《压力管道设计许可证》。 2003 年获国家质检总局颁发的特种设备制造许可证（压力管道元件制造安全注册证）， 2004 年获美国石油协会 API6D 认证证书。
我公司是现行国家标准GB/T10868-2005《电站减温减压阀》和机械行业标准JB/T6323-2002《减温减压装置》、JB/T10530-2005《氧气用截止阀》的起草单位。减温减压装置至今已生产5000余套，销量占全国首位。安全阀和电站阀门等产品具有特色，产品遍布全国各地，并远销美国、加拿大、法国、荷兰、伊朗、巴基斯坦、古巴、印尼、新加坡、埃及等国家。
