泉州梅山工程学校座落在泉州西郊全国著名侨乡梅山镇光前南路，学校创办于1984年，是省级重点中等职业学校。2003年经中央电大批准创办福建广播电视大学梅山实验学院，开展本、专科学历教育。2004年经教育部批准，在设立教学机构，招收东南亚国家和地区的海外学生。学校已形成以高等职业教育为龙头，以中专为主体，以优质就业为特色的办学模式。
