岗位职责：
1、对接产品经理，整理和审核产品材料，实现产品材料标准化，建立产品材料知识库，实现基础文档复用率提升；
2、实现售前支持效率提升，缩短常规项目材料准备周期，与售前协作，制作定制化方案。并基于产品材料赋能售前，实现产品策略落地；
3、需求管理闭环，建立客户需求漏斗管理系统，动产品Roadmap与市场需求的匹配度；
4、负责产品对应售前项目的推进，主动推进售前项目进展，收集市场需求，反馈给产品团队；
5、安排落实产品售前技术相关工作，包括投标或技术交流技术方案等；
6、安排落实产品项目用户需求的收集反馈，并对研发产品或工程实施提出合理建议。

任职要求：
1、计算机、自动化、电子、通讯相关专业本科或以上学历，三年以上售前或者产品工作经验；
2、有电信运营商/大型企业的自动化运维平台、网络安全管理、SDN等方面工作经验，熟悉运营商组网架构、网络技术、O域体系等；
3、参与过大中型云网软件管理项目投标，有良好售前、产品支持经验，有较好的表达能力及与客户的沟通能力；
4、丰富的方案设计、标书应答、用户交流经验；良好的文案与沟通能力；较强的方案撰写能力，熟练操作Word、PPT、Excel、Visio等工作软件；
5、对新技术、新产品具有一定的敏感性和思维能力，如数字孪生、AI大模型等；具有较强的学习能力；
6、具有良好的口语表达能力、问题分析能力、与客户交流能力，有责任心，良好的团队合作精神；
7、具备跨部门协作（产品、研发、售前、工程）及项目推进经验，曾主导或核心参与过大型政企客户售前项目落地者优先；
8、工作条理性强，具有很强的责任心和团队合作精神。
加分项：
1、熟悉 IP 网络基础架构（IP 承载网络、数据中心网络、vBRAS 等），了解 NetConf、BGP-LS/SR/FlowSpec、SNMP、Telemetry、Flow 协议等网络管理相关协议或技术优先；
2、熟悉运营商、电力、政府等行业的 IP 网络建设需求、项目运作模式及招投标流程，能精准匹配客户需求与产品解决方案。
