3.精通JAVA，JVM调优；精通SpringMVC，Springboot，Mybatis、 struts、Spring、Hibernate、jooq、reat、hibernate,neo4j.tomcat,nginx,rabbiemq 等开源框架并熟悉其实现原理，熟悉多线程编程;

4.熟练使用Linux操作系统，system-nspwan容器、精通Mysql、Oracle数据库，熟练掌握redis, InfluxDB、Elasticsearch等常用nosql技术；

5.具有互联网、金融类信息系统开发和系统设计经验者优先；

6.熟悉分布式相关技术；熟悉运维管理系统开发和使用经验者优先；

7.对技术充满热情且具有钻研精神，对新技术以及行业动向保持敏感性；

8.具有极强的执行力，高度的责任感、很强的学习、沟通能力，能够在高压下高效工作。
