中国水利投资集团公司（简称国水投集团）是隶属于中国长江叁峡工程开发总公司（简称中国叁峡总公司）的国有大型投资企业。其前身是1980年成立的水利部水利工程综合经营公司，历经多次重组改革，2006年8月，国水投集团成立，并在中小水电和风力发电等清洁可再生能源、风电设备制造、城市供水等领域的投资开发已初具规模。2008年10月，经国务院批准，国水投集团并入中国叁峡总公司成为其全资子企业，并作为中国叁峡总公司股权投资项目实施主体，负责中国叁峡总公司在风能等清洁可再生能源领域、水资源水环境领域的投资及相关领域创业投资业务，发展成为资产经营和资本经营相结合的投资控股公司。（：*）
