Hunan Huifeng International Group (hereinafter referred to as: the Group) is based on Hunan Huifeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. as the parent entity. It was first invested and established by Chairman Guo Jing in 2002, and subsequently invested in and established three companies including Hunan Hengfeng International Warehousing and Logistics Co., Ltd., Changsha Runchuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., and Hunan Xiaomei Trading Co., Ltd. It also acquired and controlled three enterprises including Hunan Derun Logistics Co., Ltd., Hunan Gaoqiao Runchuan Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Co., Ltd., and Hunan Yuntu E-commerce Co., Ltd., thereby forming a new-type logistics enterprise group integrating freight forwarding, logistics, and trade.
Since 2002, the Group has grown into a domestic first-class freight forwarding enterprise, a member of the global WCA alliance, and a member of Jincheng. It possesses comprehensive freight forwarding services and professional logistics operation capabilities including air and sea import and export, railway import and export, inland transportation, customs declaration and inspection, distribution and delivery, procurement consolidation, international exhibitions, cargo insurance, multimodal transport, project logistics, commercial logistics, and bill of lading issuance. Its subsidiary — Hunan Hengfeng International Warehousing and Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 at Jinxia Bonded Logistics Center. It is an international freight enterprise recognized by customs with dual identities of logistics and bonded operations. In 2016, it passed the CQC Quality Management System ISO9000 certification, and in 2016, it was recognized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce as one of the first batch of park foreign trade comprehensive service center enterprises.
Its subsidiary — Changsha Runchuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. has import qualifications for Thai fragrant rice, red wine, dairy products, frozen meat, etc., and possesses comprehensive international procurement supply chain resources and a professional overseas operation team. The company focuses on providing customers with services including global centralized procurement, direct procurement, comprehensive import and export logistics, import and export trade agency, logistics finance, food import and export qualification filing, label review, customs declaration and inspection, etc. Utilizing the company's resources, it self-operates imports of red wine, food, Thai jasmine fragrant rice, and other foreign products.
The Group relies on equity participation cooperative companies covering major domestic ports and over 200 overseas agency networks, providing customers with one-stop logistics and global supply chain management services.
