Jiangtai Wu'er Catering

Jiangtai Wu'er means: 'Jiangtai sushi, unique; Jiangtai Wu'er, sushi exclusive.'
Jiangtai Wu'er is a new-style creative cuisine brand originating from Canada with North American heritage. The founder, a Canadian Chinese, ingeniously blends North American creative cuisine into Eastern culinary arts. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes such as sashimi and creative sushi. The fresh fish used comes from unpolluted deep seas around the world, guaranteeing both deliciousness and health. Jiangtai Wu'er is committed to delivering nutritious food, unique flavors, and creative combinations to every diner, perfectly integrating health and taste, making it a paradise for every food lover.
Jiangtai Wu'er consistently offers high-quality à la carte dishes, bringing you top-grade Canadian deep-sea Arctic clams, fresh tuna with a ruby-like luster, Dalian sea urchin air-freighted to the restaurant every morning, rich and tender salmon belly, and bluefin tuna with extremely low catches—all unique delicacies hard to find elsewhere.
Since entering Beijing in 2005, Jiangtai Wu'er has held a leading position in Beijing's new-style cuisine dining scene. In 2006, it was rated as a five-star Western restaurant by the Foreign Flavor Catering Professional Committee of the Beijing Western Food Association, and won the gold award for creative cuisine at the association's international food festival.
Today, the Jiangtai Wu'er brand has gained popularity and a large base of loyal customers. The company has also identified its profit model and is confident in future development. According to its plan, within the next five years, the total number of chain restaurants will exceed 52, making Jiangtai Wu'er an influential catering brand in the Chinese dining market.
