The total construction area of the project is about 4.28 million square meters, with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan. It mainly features offline commodity display and trading functions, and is divided into five major areas: themed commerce, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, supporting residential housing, and commercial supporting facilities.

Warehousing and Logistics: Nanchang Qianlong Logistics under China South City has been put into operation, providing comprehensive logistics and warehousing support for merchants settled in the park and surrounding areas. More than 30 logistics enterprises have signed contracts with Nanchang China South City.

Supporting Residential Housing: covering an area of 1.36 million square meters, creating a layout of "One Mansion · One Garden · One Capital".
