7.良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，敢于面对挑战；

8.知识面广，思路开阔，创新能力强，对新技术持有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术的探索和研究。
