黑龙江龙煤东化有限公司是黑龙江龙煤矿业集团股份有限公司与北台钢铁（集团）有限责任公司合资建设的项目公司。公司厂址位于鹤岗市东山区新华镇，占地面积96万平方米，本项目是黑龙江省东北部煤电化基地建设的重点项目，项目建设总投资60亿元人民币，建设期35个月，预计2012年6月正式投产。项目建成投产后，生产能力为年产60万吨合成氨、104万吨尿素，是东北地区*大的煤化工企业。
