天津宜好林地是天津市外总集团旗下企业之一，是外总集团于2007年8月注资八百万成立的在静海县拥有七百多亩林地，经营范围（从营业执照副本上抄），目前有树木七万株、鸡舍二十四栋、从事散养和肉食鸡的养殖，近期投巨资建成建造成具有国内先进的标准化、自动化肉鸡养殖场年产量可达一百四十万只规模。预计明年根据国家产业政策将公司建成鸡、鹅综合性养殖基地。目前已经和大成、康达等养殖企业有着紧密的合作关系。
