惠州大亚湾溢源净水有限公司成立于2005年11月，是香港联合交易所主板上市公司中国水务集团下属子公司；是集自来水生产、销售，管道工程投资与营运，自来水管安装、维护，管道工程项目咨询为一体的企业，员工175人，目前拥有中心区和石化区两座水厂，日供水规模达21万m3，年供水量达8205万m3，供水覆盖面积约为160平方公里，供水主管道（DN150- DN1800）总长约330公里。公司设有西区、石化区2个营业网点，用水户1.9万余户，服务人口达26.5万人。
公司目前正在推进中心区水厂、石化区水厂二期建设，中心区水厂二期规模为20万m3/d,石化区水厂二期规模为13万m3/d，两水厂正式投产后，日供水规模将达到54万m3。
