4、行业对标与策略输出：监测竞品NPS表现及行业基准，提供差异化竞争策略。研究行业前沿的体验管理思路与方法，协助提升业务单位用户体验管理团队的专业能力。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽
2、3-5年相关项目经验，熟悉 NPS 调研设计（如触发时机、问卷逻辑）、指标解读（如分群 NPS、驱动因素分析）等相关方法论主流分析工具（如Qualtrics、SurveyMonkey、SPSS）
3、具备较强的学习能力、项目管理能力、数据分析能力及逻辑思维；有较强的跨部门沟通能力。积极主动，工作细致责任心强，具备良好的个人信用和职业素养
