Cailinji Hot Dry Noodles

Wuhan Cailinji Trading Co., Ltd. was founded in the late 1920s, originally known as the Wuhan Cailinji Hot Dry Noodle Shop. Through the hard work of several generations of Cailinji people, Cailinji has grown from a single noodle shop into a catering brand enterprise producing a diverse series of specialty snack products, becoming a household name for snack brands in the Jingchu region.
In the late 1920s, Cailinji opened for business on Manchun Road in Hankou. Because of two lush large trees in front of the shop, it was named "Cailinji," implying prosperous business and abundant wealth.
Starting in 1955, the Cailinji store gradually expanded, and its development reached a higher level.
According to records, after 1966, Cailinji could cook up to 12,000 servings of hot dry noodles per day.
In 1995, Cailinji expanded its hot dry noodle varieties to 8, and increased its snack varieties to more than 40 kinds across 4 major categories.
After 2008, Cailinji introduced an innovation mechanism, changed its business model, and expanded its industrial chain. This century-old brand has been inheriting and innovating in an orderly manner through the long river of time.
