CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. (CITIC DESIGN) (formerly Wuhan Architectural Design Institute) is a subsidiary of China CITIC Group Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 company, and a wholly state-owned enterprise. It is a large comprehensive design institution holding Class A qualifications in building industry (architectural engineering), urban and rural planning compilation, municipal industry (road engineering, bridge engineering, urban tunnel engineering) specialized Class A, landscape architecture engineering design special Class A, engineering consulting Class A, and engineering design review certificate (construction drawing review for housing construction engineering: Category I). Its design activities span the whole country and extend to more than 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Oceania, and Latin America.
