中国红十字会（博鳌）国际交流中心（以下简称交流中心），是中国红十字会总会批准和领导的，由总会训练中心管理的国际交流机构。目前正在筹建中，将于今年四季度正式运行。位于海南省琼海市博鳌镇。内设红十字文化展厅、多功能教室、会议室、餐厅、娱乐室、客房等设施。主要功能为：开展红十字国际交流活动，负责红十字历史的展陈工作，承接红十字相关的主题活动、展览和会议，宣传和推介红十字品牌，传播红十字运动的理念和文化，接待来海南博鳌举办的各类培训和会议；开发具有商业前景的旅游和会展项目。
