公司始建于1958年,系中国阀门行业主导厂,专业制造“飞球牌”高中压球阀、闸阀、截止阀、止回阀等各种标准、非标准阀门及特种阀门，共计2000余种规格。口径从1毫米至1400毫米，压力可达420Kg/cm2.。
1975年研制成功中国*台DN1000、PN80气液联动紧急截断球阀，1987年引进日本北村阀门株式会社长输管线球阀专有技术。2002年成功引进GE新比隆全焊式锻钢管线球阀及全套阀门生产技术，形成了铸钢、锻钢、全焊式锻钢叁大系列球阀产品，其技术水平在国内处于领先地位。
几十年来，“飞球牌”系列阀门广泛应用于国家重点长输管线项目（油、气、水及海水等），产品覆盖全国除台湾、西藏外的所有地区，在亚洲、中东、北美、南美的油、气管线项目中，“飞球牌”阀门也享有极高的商誉。
